Tarcutta Valley Landcare Group invites you to their first event for 2018!

 

This 3 hour Mental Health Workshop will cover some incredibly important topics:

• Stress - impacts and coping techniques

• Communication skills

• Signs a person is struggling with their mental health

• How to help someone at risk of suicide. 

The workshop will be held at Tarcutta RSL, and dinner will be included.

 

Cost is free for members! The cost for non-members is $15, which includes membership.

 

Prior to the workshop, there will be a TVLG members meeting starting at 5 pm.
