Abstract	Who Cares about the Environment? (Who Cares?) is social research that examines the environmental knowledge, views, attitudes and behaviour of people in NSW and tracks how these have changed over time. It has been conducted every three years since 1994 by the Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) and its predecessor organisations.
