The Federal Government has cut half a billion dollars from Landcare [2] to fund its Green Army and the Department of Agriculture isn't providing any new funding for community Landcare.
The Environment Minister Greg Hunt says his department is still working through the detail of the grants but says the funding will be 'ongoing'.
