Microbats - fascinating creatures of the night.
Presented by Young District Landcare and the Australasian Bat Society.
Thursday 3rd April, 6pm, Young Services Club.
The event will be followed by a walk to locate and identify microbats using an ultrasonic bat detector.
The aim of the night is to raise awareness of microbats in our community, their ecological importance, how they live, their needs, the threats they face and what you can do to help them, the risks they pose and how we can live with them.
