| 8.00 am | Registration opens at the Queanbeyan City Council Conference Centre, Crawford St, Queanbeyan. |
| 8.30am | Opening of the UMCCC & MLI Forum Day 1 Field trip housekeeping Tea, coffee and morning tea available. |
| 9.00am | Bus departs Queanbeyan City Council Conference Centre. |
| 9.15-9.30am | Queanbeyan River. Queanbeyan City Council, Queanbeyan Landcare River restoration and willow removal program |
| 10.00-11.00am | Travel via Old Cooma Rd to Royalla – Rural residential issues |
| 11.25-12.00pm | Michelago Village – Landcare group works |
| 12.30pm | LUNCH PROVIDED “Scottsdale” Bredbo Kosciuszko to Coast (K2C) Bush Heritage |
| 2.30pm | Bredbo - Jacks Railway Gully project inspection |
| 3.00pm | Old Cooma Common - strategic grazing to manage weeds & native grasses |
| 4.00pm | Bus departs for Queanbeyan |
| 5.00pm | Bus arrives back at Queanbeyan Function Centre |
Snacks, fruit and drinks will be available during the day in addition to lunch
